JOB SUMMARY

This job is responsible for reviewing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance quality. Responsibilities include understanding customer expectations, establishing quality standards, and developing quality control processes.
The ideal candidates are familiar with financial reporting, regulatory and quality standards and have a keen eye for detail.
The job is crucial in preventing errors and promoting the continuous improvement of quality standards, which in turn increases customer satisfaction and business performance. Ultimately, ensuring that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer and user.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required
  • Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or other applicable financial specialization or quality assurance.
  • Experience

  • 3 years related experience.

JOB DUTIES
  • Identify and set quality assurance standards based on understanding customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality and accuracy assurance standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct reviews and/or audits to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics related to quality assurance and compliance activities.
  • Assist in the development of training material for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of processes.
  • Collaborate with operations teams and other departments to identify and address areas for quality improvement.
  • May be required to write reports on their findings, perform statistical analysis, and create & maintain documentation for quality procedures and protocols.
  • May conduct audits, monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and work on implementing quality control standards.
  • May be involved in training other staff members on quality assurance procedures, preparing quality assurance reports, and maintaining documentation.
  • Often work closely with other departments, such as Supply Chain Management or Information Resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
