Clinical Director - Ridgeview AllHealth Network is seeking a qualified licensed Clinical Director to join our Ridgeview team. We are looking for dedicated professionals passionate about behavioral health services. The Clinical Director will lead the clinical operations of our inpatient residential substance use treatment program, intensive outpatient program, outpatient substance use treatment, and peer support services. Job Description: Clinical Director - Ridgeview This position will be responsible for providing oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered, and trauma-informed care. This role is responsible for clinical supervision, program development, compliance with the State of Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) and Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) regulations, Signal contractual requirements and adherence to Allhealth Network policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the clinical team, including therapists, counselors, case managers, and peer support specialists.
- Oversee comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, and discharge coordination in alignment with ASAM 3.7 and 3.5 criteria.
- Ensure delivery of integrated care addressing substance use, co-occurring mental health, and medical needs in collaboration with medical and psychiatric providers.
- Ensure full compliance with the State of Colorado BHA and HCPF regulations, ASAM criteria, Signal, and AllHealth Network's clinical and operational standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff, providing regular individual and group clinical supervision in accordance with Colorado licensure requirements.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness, client satisfaction, and program outcomes using data-driven approaches.
- Work closely with nursing, psychiatric, primary care, and administrative staff to ensure whole-person, integrated care.
- Serve as a liaison with community partners, referral sources, criminal justice stakeholders, and managed care organizations.
- Develop high functioning teams that promote focus on clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction and team-based care.
- Contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring that all programs function within their specified budgets.
- Work collaboratively with the VP and other clinical leadership to establish programs in alignment with the organizational mission.
- Work with Human Resources (HR) and Program Managers/supervisors to review and oversee all disciplinary actions for staff within programs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies available through the Network, while developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as on-call leadership as needed to meet programmatic needs
- Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate in behavioral health discipline
- Licensed in behavioral health field (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP)
- Licensed Addictions Counselor
- AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment, with at least 3 years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
- Clinical competency in primary areas of program oversight
- High level skills working with data in Excel or other business intelligence software
Shift: Full Time Pay Rate: $120,000 - $ 128,000 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
