Job Description The Enterprise Risk Modeling Manager will lead the strategic oversight and governance of Allstate's Enterprise Model Risk Management (EMRM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Risk Management programs. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the enterprise-wide strategy for model and AI risk, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies including generative AI, agentic systems, and advanced machine learning.This leader will drive the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks, technical validation protocols, and automated tooling to ensure the safe, responsible, and effective deployment of AI and predictive models across the enterprise. The role requires deep technical fluency, a strong command of AI governance principles, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technical model validation- including stress testing, performance benchmarking, explainability, and bias detection - across a variety of model types (e.g., statistical, ML, GenAI). This individual will demonstrate critical thinking, the ability to influence diverse stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving new paths forward in uncharted areas of AI innovation, particularly in agentic AI and autonomous decision systems.
