Location: Jackson, Nebraska
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:45 AM - 8:00 AM | Saturday, 5:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

LP Gill Landfill, a proud member of the Waste Connections family, is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Scale Attendant to join our team in Jackson, NE. • Greet and direct all customers and employees entering the facility.
• Accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks and calculate customer charges.
• Input weight data into the computer system and obtain necessary signatures.
• Monitor incoming loads for prohibited or unsafe materials.
• Answer phones professionally and courteously.
• Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and office support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scale house.
• Ensure all safety protocols and PPE requirements are followed.
• Collaborate with team members and demonstrate professionalism and discretion.
  
  

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Prior experience with cash handling is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
