In this internship, you will Step into the world of global B2B sales and make your mark. This 3-month internship presents an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and diligent candidate to contribute to a key global initiative, supporting content governance and enablement platform readiness, within a dynamic commercial organization.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in content strategy, project coordination, or B2B sales enablement to gain real-world experience inside a global commercial organization.

As a Dematic intern, you will also participate in a team-based Innovation Challenge where you will dive into an inspiring, collaborative experience with your intern cohort. You'll tackle real-world problems, brainstorm groundbreaking solutions, and bring your ideas to life with the support of our expert coaches! You will engage in weekly professional developments sessions led by Dematic leaders, designed to hone your professional skills. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be X hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing sales-facing content (PowerPoints, PDFs, videos, playbooks, etc.)
  • Organize and tag content based on audience, use case, sales stage, solution, and other metadata categories
  • Identify duplicates, outdated materials, and gaps in current content libraries
  • Partner with enablement team members to validate tagging and relevance of key assets
  • Support the development of a content inventory tracker and system for ongoing governance
  • Assist with light formatting, standardization, and basic cleanup of key files as needed
  • Provide regular progress updates and help prepare summaries for stakeholders
