We are working exclusively with an online payroll and HR solutions client to identify a group of Facilitators to support the internal L&D team. During this project, you will lead cohorts focusing on Payment Operations, Benefit Operations, and Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitation
- Deliver live training sessions across at least six complex subject areas.
- Engage new hires and internal transfers with interactive, real-world content.
- Create an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to support learner development.
- Tailor delivery for different audience levels, including mid- and senior-level employees.
Program & Cohort Management
- Oversee multiple cohorts simultaneously.
- Track learner progress and engagement, proactively addressing issues.
- Use feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
- Ensure alignment of learning programs with business goals.
Start Date: Late June to early July
Duration: Through August 22nd
Session Length: Each cohort runs for 4 weeks, with sessions held 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
Location: Primarily virtual, but one Facilitator must be based in Chicago for on-site sessions
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of Learning & Development experience
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions and own the delivery
- Experience delivering virtual training via Zoom
- Comfortable "making the training your own" - content is 95% complete
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple cohorts and shifting priorities
- Background in Payroll Operations, Benefits Operations, or Customer Experience is a strong plus
- Experience coaching or mentoring learners and junior team members
- Data-driven approach to measuring program impact and effectiveness
- Must use your own laptop (you'll log into the client's network)
- Must be comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning or Classic is a plus
- Interview requirement: Prior to an interview with the client, consultants must submit a 5-minute video of themselves presenting on a topic of their choice, ideally a technical topic
The pay range for this is $70.00 to $75.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
