What You Will Be Doing: Required to paint and perform structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of our building. Engages in ground maintenance activities, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, snow removal, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves, and refuse. Performs the general cleaning and upkeep of the bakery, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, plumbing and washing windows. Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. Adheres to company policies and safety regulations. Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Other duties as assigned What We Need From You: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred This position requires 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience and a mechanical aptitude Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication Able to handle multiple tasks with capability of prioritizing and planning work activities Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with ability to improve and promote quality and safety Must demonstrate excellent trouble shooting skills Ability to recognize and encourage the behaviors that contribute to teamwork Ability to communicate and work effectively with all associates in a team environment Must be detail oriented Ability to work on their own The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
