Overview
Position is responsible for overseeing the operations and development of the behavioral health workforce program, including managing staff, developing programs, ensuring quality of care, advocating for access to services, and coordinating with community partners to address mental health and substance abuse needs within the scope of the OTTAC project. Program Supervisor may also assist Executive Director in identifying gaps in services, and implementing strategies to recruit, train, and retain qualified behavioral health professionals. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $32.57per hour - $56.02per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
