Raymond West is looking for a diligent Customer Compliance Administrator to join our EHS team! The Customer Compliance Administrator ensures that customer, subcontractor, and vendor documentation and processes meet both internal and external compliance requirements. This includes verifying insurance coverage, safety training, and platform participation. The role supports onboarding, maintains accurate records, facilitates audits, and communicates with both internal teams and external partners to resolve compliance issues in a timely, professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Verify contractor and vendor insurance coverage and documentation for contractual compliance.
- Ensure subcontractors and vendors are registered and up to date in all required platforms (internal and customer-facing).
- Support onboarding and account maintenance by tracking compliance status and following up on outstanding items.
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete customer questionnaires and submit variance requests.
- Address customer compliance tickets, documentation gaps, or training issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, communications, and resolutions.
- Communicate with subcontractors and customers regarding missing or incomplete requirements.
- Assist in audits by gathering and presenting documentation and compliance evidence.
- Collaborate with legal, sales, and service departments, etc. to align customer expectations with company standards.
- Stay current with industry regulations and customer-specific requirements impacting compliance processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Certificates of Insurance and safety protocols, etc.
- Comfort interacting with customers and subcontractors in a professional setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and compliance tracking and ticketing software.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work off-hours as needed and take on additional responsibilities.
Education and Experience
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, customer service, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, insurance standards, or platform-based safety compliance) is a plus.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of increasing administrative or compliance responsibility.
- 1 year of experience in subcontractor or vendor management.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10% of travel.
- Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.

Pay Range:
- The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
