Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Earn $50,000/year

Position Details

The Program Coordinator supports the Program Director in overseeing daily operations at the Extended Acute Care (EAC) facility. This role ensures effective staff support, training compliance, and program development, while maintaining high standards of care and organizational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Supervise and support psychiatric technicians in their daily duties and provide coverage support as needed
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire on-boarding and orientation
  • Track and ensure completion of annual training requirements
  • Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and time-off requests
  • Support staff development through ongoing education and training
  • Participate in the hiring process and monitor credentialing progress
  • Prepare for site visits and audits, ensuring training records are current
  • Contribute to Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) efforts
  • Participate in the admin-on-call rotation
