Bring your whole self. The Role and Team We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development for core platform and security features for Medallia. The ideal candidate will drive the roadmap for our data pipeline and storage, user management features, including authentication and authorization, and configuration management products to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and partners and maintain our competitive edge in the market. Our data pipeline features ensure our customers can collect, analyze, and act on signals at scale, deriving insights and taking action in real time to respond to their customers' needs. Our user management features, including SSO and roles and permission management, ensure that all users in our company's organization can safely and securely access the information and tools that are relevant for them so they can realize the value of Medallia quickly and at scale. Our configuration management and replication products enable customers to test configurations in sandboxes, easily move configuration between sandboxes and production with changesets, and package customized configurations for installation. You will lead efforts defining the product vision and requirements for the what, why, and how of these features areas. This includes: managing and improving our existing data pipelines, defining new features to support emerging customer needs and signal types to drive 10x scalability and quality, evolving our security features as the industry changes, and improving our configuration management tools to enable easier creation and management of Medallia programs. Finally, you will collaborate with other leaders within the organization ensuring that our product exceeds expectations. Your partners will be product and engineering leaders, GTM and Services teams, partnership and business leaders, among others. This role is best suited for someone with a strong technical background that is comfortable working closely with engineers and architects and brings a passion for product quality, performance, and scalability. Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $126,400 - $182,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Medallia considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
