Responsibilities: Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to FORTUNE 1000 and middle-market companies and private equity investors. Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks. Design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, and indebtedness considerations. Reviewing and analyzing U.S. GAAP financial statements and client financial projections. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional credentials deemed equivalent by a reliable credentials evaluation service to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Two (2) years of experience must include: Evaluating revenue data to calculate metrics, including renewal rates, net and gross retention, up-sell and down-sell, and churn; Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence; conducting company valuations, including quality of earnings, net working capital, and indebtedness; analyzing U.S. GAAP financial statements and client financial projections; SEC financial reporting issues; IFRS; and ISA. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 20% travel to various domestic locations per business need.
