POSITION DESCRIPTION Job Title: Construction Project Manager Company: Leisnoi Professional Services, LLC Location: San Antonio, TX Project Title: Joint Base San Antonio Reports To: Program Manager Employment Status: Full-time Regular Summary The Project Manager is responsible the performance of task orders of varying size under the company's Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The Project Manager will maintain positive client relationships, bid task orders, and successfully execute award task orders. The Project Manager ensures safe completion of task order projects within budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards and to the customer's satisfaction. Responsibilities are typically: client coordination, safety compliance, project budget, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, material handling, daily reports, quality control and craft training. The Project Manager's duties will vary as required to support the project team. This is a hands on position and will require the ability to adapt and be flexible.
