Manager, Shared Services and Clinical Operations Support - Remote

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop real estate strategies that align with company objectives, including cost optimization, lease negotiations, and site expansions or reductions.
  • Help build a management oversight process for real estate initiatives
  • Help implement a customer-centric approach to shared services, focusing on understanding the needs of internal stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions
  • Lead process optimization initiatives within shared services functions to drive operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Assis in the provider reimbursement projects ensuring accuracy and contract implementation and provider reimbursement
  • Help ensure that cross-functional projects are supported by shared services in an efficient and collaborative manner
  • Work closely with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to drive operational improvements
  • Manage key projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, consulting, or business management
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and performance optimization
  • Proven excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to travel 20%



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
