Acara Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for our client in Amherst, NY!
We are seeking qualified candidates with:
- A solid foundation in finance and accounting
- Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication abilities and organizational expertise
Here's what you'll do:
- Administer dealer pricing contracts, including new submissions, custom agreements, and monthly chargeback reconciliation.
- Manage pricing program ensuring alignment with team strategy.
- Lead reporting and analytics using Excel and Business Intelligence tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Territory Managers to support onboarding, communications, and program execution.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and assist in the development of pricing strategies based on market dynamics and dealer programs.
- Serve as a communication liaison for key updates, pricing, and program-related information.
- Assist with event coordination and attend events as needed to support the sales team and customer engagement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support the launch and management of programs in Canada.
Position Type: Direct Placement
Salary: Up to $80K/yr. **Depending on experience

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial analysis, sales operations, or reporting roles.
- Minimum 5 years' experience using Microsoft Excel (advanced functions - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools such a SAP BI, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data management within customer hierarchies preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborative effectively across internal departments and with external partners.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
