Clinical Coordinator assists the program director in clinical and administrative responsibility for the operation of the EMCP Outpatient Psychiatry Program. This includes assistance with management of all clinicians within EMCP Outpatient Behavioral Health Department. Clinical Coordinator has direct responsibility for management and supervision social work interns and managing and supervising Recovery and Peer Specialists within Behavioral Health Department. Clinical Coordinator also has responsibility to provide clinical services to provide service to the following age population(s) Child, Adolescent, Adult, Middle Age, and Geriatric in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Job Description

Essential Functions

* Assists Program Director in supervision and management of Outpatient Department
* Participates in Quality Assurance and Improvement activities.
* Provides evaluation and psychotherapy services
* Provides Weekly Supervision of interns and Recovery/Peer Specialists and Conducts performance evaluations. Provides feedback, discusses goals, accomplishments and assures staff are competent to perform required duties.
* Assists in preparing outpatient center for regulatory inspections.
* Performs others duties as assigned/required by supervisor.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:
Master's Degree, Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
AND
Experience:
Two years of experience with management and supervision responsibilities

Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
