Infoblox is seeking a Customer Development Intern to join our Customer Development team in Tacoma this summer. In this hybrid role you will gain valuable, real-world experience while being mentored by seasoned senior managers and executives that have contributed to the success of multi-industry giants. You will learn about the various stages of the customer lifecycle and work as a trusted partner, allowing customers to meet their business objectives with our products. Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technical Support, you will learn the process to expedite the sale and closer of all maintenance and subscription renewals.

You're the ideal intern if you have an eagerness to learn about the sales process at Enterprise technology company and comfortable taking initiative to engage with a wide range of people.
What you'll do:


  • Learn and execute Customer Development team processes
  • Generate reports on renewal reports and present findings to the Customer Development team
  • Use analytics to track renewal rates, review usage metrics, identify trends, and customer retention
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand account history, specific use cases, and identify
  • Team up with others to research account history and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Gain exposure to all levels of management, including time with executive staff



What you'll bring:


  • Experience with office tools like Microsoft Office365
  • Interest in sales & learning about the sales process, especially service renewals
  • Strong problem-solving skills Advanced written and communication skills and a willingness to engage with a variety of people
  • The ability to collaborate across teams/departments
  • Proven success in your studies, and the drive to employ your learning while tackling real-world tasks/challenges
  • Senior standing or recent 2024-2025 graduate in a Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Analytics or related degree program
  • This is a hybrid internship, working in-office at our Tacoma location on Tuesday/Thursday and remotely Monday/Wednesday/Friday
