Role - Customer Account Specialist, Gov't & Military Division

Position Overview: Performs a wide variety of duties related to the administration of military customer accounts and government contracts according to established policies and procedures in order to ensure smooth flow of daily transactions.

Requirements

Responsibilities Includes but is not limited to:



  1. Manages assigned accounts by serving as Main Point of Contact - answering customer inquiries, complaints, and processing of customer quotes & orders.
  2. Performs Contract review on all customer orders.
  3. Manage customer database for assigned customers, including updating billing information and shipping instructions as necessary.
  4. Manages set up of new accounts including export compliance screening.
  5. Utilizes Syteline ERP system for customer order and RFQ processing (Estimates).
  6. Answers incoming phone calls in call loop.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask & prioritize efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) customer service
  • HS Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of college preferred.
  • Experience with ERP; Excel knowledge a plus
  • Aviation background a plus
  • Ability to sit most of the day in an office environment.
