Benefits Specialist: This is where you come in. We're looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration of our comprehensive employee benefits programs. This includes managing medical, dental, vision, wellness, health savings accounts (HSA), life and disability insurance, 401(k), commuter benefits, and more. In this role, you'll maintain accurate employee records, support compliance efforts, and work closely with the Benefits Program Manager to respond to employee inquiries and ensure understanding of available benefit options. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to employees while providing the analytical and technical expertise necessary to administer and continuously improve MacDonald-Miller's benefits and compliance programs. - Accurate and Timely Administration of Employee Benefits
- Manage enrollment, disenrollment, eligibility tracking, and employee communications for all benefit plans, ensuring compliance and seamless user experience.
- Benefit Data Integrity and Compliance
- Maintain and audit benefits-related data across systems; ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation to meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Financial Reconciliation and Reporting
- Reconcile and process invoices and contributions for 401(k), HSA, and other plans; ensure accuracy before manager review and timely submission of payments and reports.
- Employee Education and Support
- Act as a primary resource for employees and managers, providing clear guidance and support regarding benefit offerings, program eligibility, and process navigation.
- Vendor and Program Management
- Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and vendors to ensure effective administration of benefits programs, and support key initiatives such as Open Enrollment, wellness campaigns, and commuter perks.

- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support, with a focus on employee benefits
- Proven experience managing employee benefits programs is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and MS Project
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Compensation: $78,000 to $95,000 annually MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:
- Medical, dental, vision for employees(coverage available for dependents for shared premium).
