WHAT MOVES YOU?

Arjo is seeking a hands-on Training Leader to drive and support Arjo's customer-facing organization through continuous competence development. This Training Director is a critical role in ensuring the right skills and capabilities to drive strategic progress and sustainable business performance, including Sales and Clinical skills development, business acumen, knowledge about Arjo's product and solution offering and customer interaction skills.

In this role, you will be thesubject matter expert on Arjo's business, requiring deep understand of training needs to design and deliver programs that enable Arjo employees to deliver on company-specific goals and strategies.

Day-to-Day Activities:



  • Partner with the senior leadership in relevant markets to map and understand the business direction as well as the knowledge and competence gaps on which you will detail a training and implementation action plan
  • Create the strategic training plan that addresses the gaps identified and develop the detailed execution and resource plan, always in close alignment with local leadership
  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training initiatives
  • Own the execution and evaluation of the new hire clinical, product and sales skills training in each country, ensuring that all new hires are certified before engaging with customers, including training delivery where language allows
  • Work together with training leads to upgrade the new hire program to include a strong Arjo storytelling competence and ensure that it takes places regularly and that all new hires are certified before engaging with customers
  • Develop and deliver training to the customer facing managers
  • Provide hands on coaching and support to individual managers when needed to ensure application and implementation of skills learned in the training
  • Deliver training on the new product and solutions launches globally/regionally
  • Deliver and support each country with training on global programs, including Selling 8, new hire trainings, clinical programs (hands on), regional launches, Selling 8 for managers skills and re-enforcement for existing staff
  • Design and execute on regional specific training initiatives required to close a gap or support the business (e.g. distributors training, specific clinical and product training, new initiative required by the customers etc.)
  • Work together with the business and global Customer Education Director to ensure the customer training offering is relevant and meeting the business' expectation
  • Work together with the marketing and HR teams to create and execute on the specific country training requirements
  • Support the Global Academy as an incubator for key programs to be rolled out
  • Own and track data on Arjo's global training system/catalogue
  • Design and deliver training programs to secure regulatory compliance of the customer facing teams and enable their foundation to deliver superior customer experience
  • Liaise with Arjo's global and regional stakeholders to successfully complete the learning plan initiatives and training/capability building projects
  • Work in close alignment with the HR community to present an integrated development plan to the organization
  • Partner with other department and focus on ensuring regulatory compliance for the customer facing teams



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 7 years' experience from sales, sales management or equivalent in Pharma or MedTech
  • Minimum 5 years' strategic training strategy execution and consultancy in Sales and Corporateenvironments
  • Experience in partnering closely with senior leaders to drive performance and results
  • Training facilitation, and coaching experience in business environment in healthcare industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
