Position Title: Maintenance
Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year Shift: 1st/Flexible Hours: No set hours (position is half travel, half on site), Must have flexibility QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Maintenance role for a company in Dubuque, IA. This is a direct hire opportunity. Maintenance Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - PLC programming; troubleshooting and enhancements - Travel to customer sites to perform new equipment startup, service, and scheduled maintenance; travel >50% per month - Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure proper equipment operation - Document and maintain records of mileage, time, and parts provided to customers - Provide specifications and maintenance for metrology and analysis equipment - Provide new equipment training during or following startup - Provide appropriate customer feedback to help improve product - Troubleshoot and repair equipment both on and off site - Research and understand all functions of the equipment to be serviced - Communicate with the appropriate personnel prior to modifications that may affect equipment performance - Calibrate switches, meters, and analyzers - Perform all job functions in compliance with company safety program - Work toward continuous quality improvement - Stay current with changing technology, including software and position/industry-specific programs - Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures Maintenance Warehouse Administrator Requirements: - Degree in Electronics with an emphasis in PLC programming and/or industrial electronics, or comparable proven work experience preferred - Knowledge in the fields of PLC programming, electrical wiring, electrical instrumentation, and mechanical process equipment required - A strong electro-mechanical aptitude including experience in a variety of process and control equipment highly desirable - Strong experience with computers including Microsoft Office, test meters, calibration tools, analysis equipment, small hand tools, and power tools required - Install, commission, repair, upgrade, maintain, troubleshoot, inspect all aspects of company's Gas Conditioning equipment including but not limited to PLC's, VFD's, RTD'S, pressure controls, switchgear, low voltage controls, 4-20ma control loops, PID controls for pressure and temp control QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
