Join a large behavorial & mental health services organization here in the Metro area! Job Description * Answering 75-100 existing patient's calls/day. * Will be scheduling returning appointments over the phone. * Make occasional outbound calls for follow up purposes. * Schedule & educate patients on behavioral health services available within local offices. * Process internal & external referrals. * Verify & update patient demographic Information. * Address patient complaints & concerns and escalate to management when appropriate. Main Position Details: Start: 5/12 Pay: $20.00/Hr Schedule: Shown below. Location: Openings available in Chaska, Maple Grove, & Cottage Grove. Will train in Arden Hills on the first day. Duration: 9 Month Contract Available Schedule Options (Able to choose your schedule): * Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm * Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm * Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 6:30pm * Monday - Thursday from 8:00am - 6:30pm Additional Skills & Qualifications * Prior customer service experience, preferably in an office setting. * Call center experience is preferred * Healthcare experience is a plus! #centralpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
