Responsible for day-to-day management of revenue processing, analysis and reporting. Assists revenue/financial analysts with complex analyses and reporting. Develops policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate work while also being compliant with regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions
Execute revenue policies, procedures and strategies by aligning day-to-day practices with overarching revenue goals.
-Recruit, train and evaluate the performance of revenue team members in accordance with MGB core values and leadership training.
-Develop and implement reporting, analysis and forecasting models.
-Plans and prepares monthly revenue reports for review.
-Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue.
-Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Finance required

Master's Degree Finance preferred

Revenue, Finance or Accounting experience 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
