As a key member of our executive leadership team, the VP of Marketing will play a critical role in defining REDLattice's brand identity, strengthening market presence, and guiding external communications. With offices in Northern Virginia, Melbourne, Florida, Tel Aviv, Israel, and other strategic locations, REDLattice is growing rapidly to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of an integrated, company-wide marketing strategy aligned with REDLattice's growth goals.
- Oversee brand positioning, corporate storytelling, and messaging across all external communications and digital channels.
- Manage external partnerships, including PR firms, branding agencies, and marketing consultants.
- Lead executive communications and ensure consistency in brand tone across events, media, and outreach.
- Support capital market readiness and investor-facing communications.
- Help position the company for long-term market expansion and external investment.
- Collaborate across teams-product, engineering, people, and sales-to align messaging and strategic initiatives.
- Leverage performance data and analytics to continuously improve and refine marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading strategic marketing efforts in fast-paced, highly technical product-focused organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing brand strategy and communications at an executive level.
- Experience with high-growth organizations and public company transitions is a plus.
- Strong background in multi-channel marketing, agency relationships, and external messaging strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to or within the defense, intelligence, or federal contracting sector.
- Understanding of OPSEC, compliance constraints, and sensitive/mission-specific communications.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition cycles, GovCon capture strategies, and proposal support.
- Prior support of Shipley-based capture processes or experience integrating marketing into BD/pursuit activities.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into mission-focused messaging for both government and commercial stakeholders.
- Exposure to or participation in defense events such as AFCEA TECHNET, SOFIC, or GEOINT.
- Certifications such as AMA PCM, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy credentials.
- Clearance eligibility or prior experience working in a classified or highly secure environment.
