Operational Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
Information Technology Skills Required: Deep understanding of Windows server and desktop operating systems and virtualization technologies. Microsoft based authentication systems both cloud and on premises. Industry standard backup systems, virtual server management systems, Storage Attached Networks, network concepts, programming, and hardware, patch management, email security/filtering, proxy, and web security/filtering. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP and other industry standard protocols. Deep understanding of O365 administration and management. Preferred: ATM security/network/server design and management. Patch Management, Web server design and implementation. Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP and other industry standard protocols. Direct experience with VMware, ISCSI or other SAN technologies. Experience with advanced disaster recovery techniques and datacenter failover scenarios. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations (Preferred) Microsoft Administrator, Engineer, and/or Architect certifications. AWS or Azure cloud certifications, CompTia, ISC2, VMWare certifications or experience, DNS management or similar industry standard certifications related to systems administration, networking, security, etc..
