About Your Role

Responsible for working side-by-side with the line of business teams, serving as the bridge between technology and the business. Interacts with individuals across all business lines to discover and document business requirements and evaluate the need for technology and process improvement.
Works independently or with the EA team on projects for system or process enhancements or fixes, clarifying the needs of the business line, performing or guiding user acceptance testing, and communicating status updates to the team or others as needed. Actively works with the other IT teams in resolving tickets.

What You Will Do



  1. Responsible for resolving the daily flow of service tickets and requests assistance as needed with critical and complex issues/tickets.
  2. Primarily support Salesforce application usage across the entire Bank footprint, including development, configuration, testing, and user support.
  3. Work with the business lines on business cases, feasibility studies and solution selection.
  4. Research product release documentation, coordinate end-user review and any testing needed prior to implementation, engaging IT and other areas as needed. Communicate changes to the team, assigned business lines and supporting IT areas.
  5. Serve as product manager in partnering with customers to interpret their business needs. Ensure needs are fully translated into application and operational requirements.
  6. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  7. Participate in information gathering meetings; implement and apply business analysis methods and techniques to elicit customer needs and business requirements.
  8. Interpret, define, and document, business, and functional requirements; prepare document analysis and business process descriptions using cases, task and workflow analysis.
  9. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
  10. Assist in the development of a centralized services approach and functionality around the bank applications processing systems. Work to enhance efficiency in tasks and workflow environment.
  11. Align with project management methodology throughout the lifecycle and post project reviews.

Requirements
What We Expect of You

  • Basic knowledge of core bank, lending, branch and/or document storage applications and functionality.
  • Ability to apply business analysis methods/techniques.
  • Understand user requirements, with the demonstrated ability to transform them into application and operation functions.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) life cycle, and compliance with change control.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and managing enterprise-wide applications.
  • Good awareness of a variety of IT solution methods and application functions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the business analysis role across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in assessing and identifying solution assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented focus, with the ability to apply independent problem-solving judgment.


Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology related fields or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1.5 - 3 years of internal experience in core banking, lending, branch and/or document storage systems, or 3 - 5 years as an external (non-EDGE) candidate.
  • Salesforce Admin experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of professional technical experience with strategy, planning, and/or business analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with Fiserv Premier, nCino/Salesforce, Encompass or similar systems preferred.


Internal and External Contacts


  • External contacts are occasional.
  • Frequent internal contact with department and senior managers on Information Technology issues or information requests.


Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
