Overview of Position:

The Heiser Automotive Group has an immediate opening for a Service BDC Representative. We are seeking someone who demonstrates strong customer service skills, strong verbal and written skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. As part of the centralized Business Development Center (BDC) Service team, our BDC Service Representatives are responsible for helping assist our guests in all areas of maintaining their vehicle, including appointment setting, recall notifications, manufacturer maintenance suggestions, and after service satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ year(s) customer service experience
  • Minimum 1+ year (s) experience in a high-volume call center
  • Strong verbal and written appointment setting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paces, competitive environment
