This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

Hornblower Group seeks a highly skilled and professional FP&A Manager to join our corporate headquarters in Orlando. This role offers significant opportunities for career growth within the organization. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for understanding and demonstrating the performance of all business segments, interfacing with SVPs, and managing G&A budgets at both the corporate and business unit levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of all business segments, providing insights and recommendations to SVPs.
  • Budget Management: Manage G&A budgets, combining corporate level and business unit-level data to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Board Deck Preparation: Consolidate and assemble board decks and materials, ensuring they are presentable and free from spelling and formatting errors.
  • Financial Storytelling: Articulate and present financial data in a clear and compelling manner, making it understandable for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Commercial Team Support: Compile and organize slide decks from commercial team data, supporting their initiatives and ensuring cohesive presentations.
  • Corporate Budget Planning: Demonstrate expertise in planning corporate budgets, understanding the process, and asking the right questions to ensure thorough and accurate budgeting.



Requirements & Qualifications:

Ability to take consolidated financials from across the BUs to tell a holistic story about how the business is doing



  • Bachelor's degree required; finance/accounting concentration preferred.


  • Ability to self-start and manage tasks independently, while leveraging the resources of the broader FP&A team across the BUs as needed.


  • Proven experience in FP&A, with demonstrated record of managing G&A budgets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Required to be in the Orlando office, 5 days per week.
