Description Responsibilities Install, maintain and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft software applications, including Windows OS and MS Office on client systems Respond to hardware and software issues submitted through verbal, email or Servicedesk communications Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by implementing or recommending appropriate action steps Provide support for anti-virus tools Maintain client hardware and stay familiar with current laptop, desktop and mobile device technology Install specified software updates as necessary Troubleshoot remote user's network and desktop Strong familiarity of toolsets for client system deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. E.g. Imaging systems, troubleshooting local workstation issues, etc Work on other projects, as needed, to support the IT Team goals Generate and follow up on Purchase Orders for software and hardware Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and oral / written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work issues to completion Analytical and organizational skills Excellent Troubleshooting skills Ability to take initiative and provide excellent customer service Knowledge of Group Policy administration preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 / 2016 / O365 Experience troubleshooting and deploying Windows 10 Experience with remote user support Understanding and knowledge of VPN access Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
