Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Software Engineer to build and maintain responsive web applications using ASP.NET Core for frontend development, with a focus on integrating with backend APIs. You will deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Develop responsive frontend applications using ASP.NET Core, Razor Pages, and MVC.
• * Integrate with backend gRPC services and RESTful APIs.
• * Handling authentication (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect) and JSON serialization.
• * Optimize client-side performance with efficient JavaScript, CSS, and bundling/minification.
• * Write and maintain unit tests (e.g., NUnit, MSTest) to ensure robust functionality.
• * Collaborate with backend teams to define API/service contracts and troubleshoot integration issues.
• * Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance using Git-based workflows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0+ years of experience developing web applications with ASP.NET Core (MVC and Razor Pages).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
• Strong proficiency in C#, HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience in integrating with gRPC services and RESTful APIs, including error handling and retry mechanisms.
• Expertise in integrating authentication and authorization services, including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, for secure API and service interactions.
• Experience writing unit tests with frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.
• Proficiency with Git for source control, including branching, merging, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Node.js and npm for managing frontend dependencies and build scripts (e.g., Webpack, npm scripts).
• Solid understanding of web security practices, including XSS prevention, CSRF protection, and secure API communication (HTTPS, CORS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience developing web applications with ASP.NET Core (MVC and Razor Pages).
• Experience with cloud-based deployment and management of web applications (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with basic integration testing for API interactions.
• Experience in Docker for containerized service deployment and development.
• Knowledge of SignalR for real-time web functionality.
• Knowledge of Node.js and npm.
