Maintenance Technician I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain landscaping on property/properties as needed or assigned.
  • Maintain as assigned exterior of facility and outside grounds by performing various clean-up duties, such as picking up trash, tree trimming, weed control, operating large equipment, etc.
  • Operate tractors, forklifts, leaf blowers, chain saws, weed trimmers, mowers, & landscape related equipment.
  • Follow safe operating and use procedures when using large machinery, chain saws, blowers trimmers & utilizing weed killer, etc.
  • Performs daily preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures & modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Keep current assigned work order tasks in online work order system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., keep up with supply needs, deliver supplies, etc.
  • May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate and travel to different locations if needed.


USD 16.15 - 24.23 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $16.15 - $24.23/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
