The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Program Manager to join Marketing Program Management Team at Adobe! Our team plays a crucial role in the Global Marketing Organization, responsible for efficiently planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs, campaigns, and releases. Our objective is to improve brand transparency, engage target audiences, and achieve measurable business objectives while promoting innovation and teamwork. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs to support company objectives, including product launches, campaigns, and customer retention initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing channel partners, product, and our internal Studio team, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs. Define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics, and regularly track and report on performance against goals. Work together with collaborators to develop and maintain program strategies aligned with business goals and marketing briefs. Establish a schedule for reviewing and approving work, including reviews with the core team, collaborators, and partners. Ensure content production plan maps to a communications plan, customer journey, deliverables, and regional needs. Participate in creative reviews; assess work through the lens of production, talent/licensing, and budget implications and provide guidance accordingly. Oversee the flow of production reviews and approvals. Schedule meetings, take notes, and ensure they are properly distributed afterward. Update proper documentation for marketing programs.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5-8 years of program/project management experience preferably with a marketing management background. Proven track record of successfully planning, completing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive business results. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired). Excellent business partner management and presentation skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
