Description

Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Provide clerical and administrative support in the processing and posting of customer payments; including preparation of payments for processing, researching customer accounts, and preparing deposits. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalency.
Ability to operate payment processing equipment and understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts such as debits and credits normally acquired through accounting coursework or one year of office experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
May be required to maintain a valid driver's license.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload to complete in a timely manner.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications.
Experience with 10 key data entry.
Must maintain confidentially and contribute to a team-oriented work environment
