About the Role: Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs to track our progress and success. Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide actionable recommendations based on data insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all customer success initiatives. Use Excel to analyze and visualize data and develop automation solutions where possible to improve efficiency. About You: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience creating pivot tables, charts, and graphs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
