Requisition ID# 164978 Job Category: Customer Support / Operations Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Engineering, Planning & Strategy Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland; Auburn; Chico; Eureka; Fresno; Sacramento; San Luis Obispo; Santa Rosa Department Overview PG&E's Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Services (CRESS) organization is responsible for managing, governing, planning, designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining 7 million square feet (sq. ft.) of facilities throughout PG&E's 72,000 square mile service territory. These facilities include but are not limited to service centers, data centers, contact centers, office buildings, shops, warehouses, construction and equipment yards, vehicle maintenance garages, and meeting and training facilities. Regional Workplace Strategy Expert Position Summary Leads regional real estate workplace strategy to solicit demand signals from PG&E functional areas and transition workplace demand into phased investment to provide adequate workspace supply to support planned operations. Responsible for ongoing portfolio optimization that resets, realigns, adds, or reduces existing workspaces as needed to fulfill Company objectives. Acts as project manager for strategic initiatives including real estate transactions. Drives projects, programs, and initiatives through required discretionary permit processes. Proactively and consistently develops and matures relationships throughout the Company to allow for ongoing discourse to determine workplace demand. Works together with other CRESS facets to identify, prioritize, and support incremental projects and programs to increase the coworker workplace experience. Responsible for safe, timely, compliant, and quality project planning and forecasting. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs and workplace requirements into real estate solutions (projects), aligned with long-term business and real estate portfolio strategic plans. Serves as a liaison between regional and functional area management and CRESS. Understands functional area business needs to codevelop solutions to achieve Company operational objectives through workplace investment. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need approximately 3-4 days per week. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $118,000 Bay Area Maximum: $188,000 California Minimum: $112,000 California Maximum: $179,000 Job Responsibilities
