* Ensures timely completion of monthly and quarterly mortgage servicing audits.

* Communicates accurate, concise, and constructive exception details to Production managers and staff.

* Assist with creating and implementing QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with scopes of work.

* Analyzes individual loan files and determines compliance with Federal and State Regulations, Agency guidelines, and company procedures.

* Validates data integrity of loan in servicing systems.

* Identifies all red flags within a loan file and ensures they are addressed accordingly.

* Responds promptly to staff and management as a subject matter expert for the scope assigned.

* Perform other duties as required.

Education: High School Diploma and

Experience: 3+ years of single-family mortgage and/or QC servicing experience

Or

Education: Bachelor's degree and;

Experience: 2+ years of single-family mortgage and/or QC servicing experience

And

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Time management skills with the ability to self-manage.

* Works well with others in a team environment or independently.

* Communicate information and state problems or challenges to be resolved in a clear, concise, courteous, nondiscriminatory, and professional manner, and be able to provide necessary clarification.

* Must be capable of adapting, with minimal or no advance notice, to changes in how business is conducted and work is accomplished with no diminishment in work performance.

* Strong attention to detail.
