JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling
* Use of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipment
* Follow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS)
* Log nonconformance's and perform necessary rework
* Complete annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or technical training a plus)
* Up to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturing
* Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures
* Proficiency in basic math and computer use
* Strong time management and multitasking skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
* Soldering to Military or ANSI/J standards
* Familiarity with microelectronic assembly and inspection
* Strong focus on quality and teamwork Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
