Multiple Shifts available:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

A Production Worker position is available with our client based in McKinney, TX. In this role you will perform Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or Technical Training a plus) and up to 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly Must be a US Citizen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling
* Use of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipment
* Follow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS)
* Log nonconformance's and perform necessary rework
* Participate in annual training for safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or technical training a plus)
* Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly
* Basic math and computer skills
* Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation
* Strong communication, time management, and adaptability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Microelectronics or aerospace/defense manufacturing experience
* Soldering experience to Military or ANSI/J standards
* Strong quality and safety mindset
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting
* Continuous improvement mindset
