Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Duration: Full time (Permanent) Location: Augusta, GA 30906 Shift: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking and recording vital signs, assisting with bathing and dressing, and providing wound care. Monitor patients' health, observe changes in their condition, and report any concerns to the healthcare team. Communicate with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a smooth flow of information and coordinated care. Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and have the strength to push and pull and stand for long periods of time. Minimum of 1 yr. of psychiatric nursing experience required. Documents Required: LPN License. BLS/CPR Certification by AHA. Covid-19 Vaccination Card.
