Job Description
The Business Operations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all visitors and mail deliveries into the facility. This position will have administrative responsibilities for the Human Resources, Security and Operations teams. Including assisting with employee uniform orders and invoices. Coordinating and issuing security facility access badges to employees and visitors. Helping with logging employee records. This incumbent will have a high level of customer service, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:


  • Greet and assist visitors as they arrive, ensuring proper sign-in procedures and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate staff or department. Ensure timely processing and proper documentation of deliveries.
  • Responsible for visually monitoring door access control and immediately reporting any potential issues to security/safety.
  • Assist with scheduling travel arrangements, appointments, meetings and ensuring that all details are accurately communicated.
  • Coordinate employee activities and order meals for meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry and preparing documents as needed.
  • Create and log employee/visitor badges as needed.
  • Assist with document control for Work Orders and Training
  • Perform clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
  • Meet with the Uniform vendor on a weekly basis and submit employee uniform orders.
  • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management; tasks are not exclusive or limited to duties specified on this list.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of continuous Customer Service experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must work well under pressure with the ability to multitask.
  • May be required to work some weekends.
  • Must be able to lift 30+lbs.
