You will drive demand generation and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and sales enablement. Your role will involve executing integrated marketing strategies, including digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and supporting live and virtual events to help enable Sales to effectively engage with key target audiences. You will collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and sales teams to develop tailored resources, such as playbooks and customer success stories, that empower sales teams to showcase Bloomberg INDG's value.
Focused on measurable outcomes, you will analyze campaign performance and optimize efforts to maximize pipeline growth and conversion rates.
What You Will Do: Revenue-Focused Marketing Activities
- Develop and implement revenue-driven marketing strategies aligned with Bloomberg INDG's business objectives.
- Leverage market research, win/loss analysis, customer usage, competitive intelligence, and Product and Sales input to inform marketing strategies and plans.
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns, including digital, ABM, advertising, and events, tailored to key market segments.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and build target lists for sales prospecting.
Sales Collaboration
- Equip pre-sales consultants and sales teams with targeted resources to accelerate deal closures.
- Develop sales support materials, including playbooks, campaigns-in-a-box, objection-handling guides, competitive battle cards, customer success stories, product briefs, and whitepapers.
- Provide real-time support for strategic accounts and key opportunities.
Positioning & Messaging
- Refine messaging frameworks to support sales, including product comparisons, differentiators, and key functionalities.
- Integrate technical insights from PMMs into targeting activities, addressing users, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Build industry-specific sales pitches based on value propositions, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and user workflows.
- Support retention programs and customer nurturing efforts.
Content Development & Market Insights
- In coordination with PMMs, develop and refine customer-facing materials for sales use
- Tailor content to various customer journey stages, from awareness to decision-making.
- Gather field insights and campaign performance data to refine marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align marketing efforts with product initiatives by working closely with PMMs.
- Partner with demand generation teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels.
- Optimize campaign execution by tracking key performance metrics such as lead quality, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
You Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant marketing and/or sales enablement experience in B2B software solutions.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns and sales support initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working with PMMs, sales teams, and pre-sales consultants.
- Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills, bridging technical and business narratives.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives.
Nice To Have:
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., government affairs, lobbying, legal, tax, and accounting).
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions or cloud-based legal platforms.
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools.
- Public speaking experience (e.g., webinars, training, conferences).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
