Responsibilities:Identify value propositions and review near- and long-term investment thesesthrough structured data analyses. Deliver operational strategies and commercialdue diligence activities to identify financial risks for M&A deals forPrivate Equity clients. Identify merger-related synergy areas and calculatepotential cost savings and revenue growth opportunities. Analyze business operating models tounderstand cost leakages or potential performance improvement areas to increaseprofitability. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F(9:00am - 5:00pm)
JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelor'sdegree in Finance or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offeredposition or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept amaster's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Two (2) years of experiencemust include: Evaluating business standalone costs; Identifying merger-relatedcost and revenue synergies; Using Pivot Tables, Index Match, If-then formulas,and regression analyses to manipulate data sets; Alteryx; Tableau; Think-cell; S&PCapital IQ; MergerMarket; and ThomsonOne. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 100%travel to various domestic locations per business need.
