Responsibilities:Provide financial and business due diligence assistance to FORTUNE 1000 andmiddle-market companies and private equity investors. Analyze target companydata to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends,quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potentialliabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of targetcompanies. Design advisory reports specific to normalized earnings, valuationmodel input assumptions, achievability of management budgets, and indebtednessconsiderations.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F(9:00am - 5:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor'sdegree in Finance or related field plus seven (7) years of experience in theoffered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept amaster's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years ofexperience must include: Analyzing financial information to identifyindebtedness and normalized earnings items; reviewing sale and purchaseagreements; using valuation methods, including discounted cash flow, multi-periodexcess earnings, market, and income approaches; researching technicalaccounting issues; reviewing and analyzing U.S. GAAP financial statements; SECfinancial reporting issues; and IFRS.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 10%travel to various domestic locations per business need.

SALARY RANGE: $214,500 - $346,500 per year
