Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (Onsite) We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to be the sole onsite IT resource supporting a Windows 11 migration and ongoing end-user assistance. This 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to lead IT operations in a professional environment. Responsibilities: * Deploy and configure Windows 11 for end users * Provide remote and hands-on support (70% remote, 30% onsite) * Assist with workspace moves, including hardware setup and applications * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues * Support virtual desktops using VMware and Citrix Receiver * Administer Intune, Autopilot, Office 365, Cisco phone systems, and proprietary applications * Offer executive-level IT support with professionalism Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in desktop support and deployments * Strong expertise in Windows 11, MS Autopilot, and Office 365 * Mac support experience (preferred) * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Excellent customer service and communication skills Location & Work Environment: * Onsite in Unionville, with some travel to New York preferred * High visibility to executives, requiring professionalism This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional ready to take charge of IT operations, support high-level end users, and play a vital role in a Windows 11 migration Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
