Responsible for Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) System Administration, Framework Maintenance and System Reporting on a global basis. Reporting is used by Finance, Treasury, Treasury Risk Management and Senior Management to evaluate, monitor, and provide direction related to balance sheet management (interest rate, liquidity, and capital structure). This position will be located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.



Responsibilities

    Primary ALM member responsible for the integrity of data and its maintenance within the QRM Framework.
  • Primary ALM member responsible for loading, balancing, and generating portfolio/planning cycle forecasts within the QRM Framework for North America and Australia.
  • Support Brazil and Argentina in the preparation of monthly system processing in the QRM Framework as well as report output review.
  • Support Brazil Central Bank regulatory requirements associated with interest rate risk
  • Assist the Global ALM Manager and Regional ALM teams with reporting packages including duration & gap analysis, NII and NIM sensitivity analysis, liquidity analysis, capital structure and portfolio stress testing.
  • Support Treasury with predictive loan prepayment assumptions utilized in Asset Backed Securitizations (ABS) to comply with SEC Retained Interest legal requirements.
  • Assist Australia FP&A with the creation of corporate budgets and forecasts utilizing QRM Framework (fully integrated ALM/Finance process).
  • Preparation of peer benchmarking and reporting deck.
  • Support External Reporting as needed in validation of North America monthly ABS servicer reports.
  • Support Treasury as required with banks and rating agency due diligence presentations.

The annual salary for this role is $84,375-$123,750 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related area
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a variety of diverse accounting, finance and/or control positions within a captive finance organization or banking environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Access).
  • Working knowledge of QRM, SAP, HFM and SQL based query reporting tool(s) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Good understanding of treasury markets and asset liability management (ALM) principles. Concepts include the mitigation of interest rate risk and stabilization of earnings through the execution of derivatives and recommendation of strategic funding actions; liquidity risk management and the ability to support external regulatory filings where applicable (market, liquidity, minimum capital requirements).
  • Strong leadership competencies with the ability to cross-functionally lead and communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of management in a large international company.
  • Advanced degree or certification (MBA, MS, CPA and/or CFA) preferred.
