TheLicensing and Retail Coordinator will provide administrative and sales support to the Ceremony of Roses Commercial team. This role will help drive licensing and retail initiatives, by effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders, artists, and external partners. The Licensing and Retail Coordinator will contribute to the creation of pitch materials and strategies, supporting business development and growth within the Commercial team and Retail revenue channel. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and innovative team and provide valuable insights on sales strategies.

Success in this role means being highly organized, a great communicator, and analytically minded while effectively supporting the growth of COR Artists' licensing and retail programs.


What you'll do:

  • Support the Ceremony of Roses Commercial team across licensing and retail initiatives through coordination with internal and external partners, management of timelines and approvals, organization of assets, and data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate product submissions received by the Ceremony of Roses Commercial team. Track the submission through its review and approval process, ensure all deadlines for both internal and external partners are met.
  • Research and report key data points and sales performance insights. Contribute to the team's understanding of product and market trends to support the creation of pitch materials highlighting licensing and retail merch opportunities for clients.
  • Assist with the collection, organization and accurate distribution of art files within, but not limited to, BOX and Marquee, to both internal and external partners. Maintain up-to-date approval logs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the tracking, organization, and distribution of product samples for the COR Commercial team, artists and external partners. Maintain up-to-date records and provide updates on the delivery of the samples, as requested.
  • Assist with the review of contractual details such as product rights, royalty rates, terms, and territories, working alongside the COR Commercial and Legal teams to identify inconsistencies and ensure compliance.


Who you are:

  • 1-2 years of experience with product development, contract management and royalty reporting processes. Experience with Flow Haven preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail. Experience with Asana or other work-flow management systems preferred.
  • An exceptional communicator with extraordinary time management skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • A proactive, flexible, and self-starter with strong problem solving, analytic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
