Title:Production Operator

Location:Maumee, OH

Shift:3rd Shift 11pm- 7:30am, Sunday-Friday

Position Overview: As a Production Operator, your primary responsibility is to produce high-quality ink in accordance with batch tickets for our customers. You will be responsible for learning the machines and processes involved in production. Success in this role depends on delivering top-quality products on time while maintaining safety as the highest priority.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Perform gathering, weighing, and packaging tasks across various manufacturing equipment, including operating computer control system software.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide feedback to supervision/management.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping throughout the facility and actively participate in 5S activities.
  • Carry out all tasks in a manner that ensures a safe working environment for all employees and adheres to the guidelines set by the Quality Management System, including proper documentation for all work areas.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to foster a team environment and utilize effective communication skills.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors, lead employees, or other management staff.


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED preferred or successfully pass a pre-employment screening assessment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to pay attention to details, organize daily tasks, and operate multiple pieces of equipment at one time.
  • Experience with batch manufacturing and forklift operation preferred.
  • Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.


Work Environment: Due to the nature of the products, the work environment may be dusty, with potential for staining of shoes and clothing in certain areas. You will work in a manufacturing setting that requires standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 55 lbs. throughout your shift. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, respirators/dust masks, protective footwear, and uniforms will be required. Overtime may be available and required.

Title:Maintenance Mechanic

Location:Maumee, OH

Shift:3rd Shift 11pm- 7:30am, Sunday-Friday

Position Overview: This position focuses on making general repairs to plant facilities and production equipment. The primary responsibility is to ensure the reliability of production equipment by performing preventive maintenance activities and applying best practice techniques for repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Promote and adhere to on-the-job safety expectations, including the use of required safety gear (e.g., eye and ear protection, L.O.T.O procedures); comply with all OSHA-mandated activities for PIT.
  • Perform routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance activities: inspect or test damaged parts, advise the supervisor on necessary repairs, and install, replace, or modify machine parts and attachments according to production specifications.
  • Evaluate equipment malfunctions urgently to minimize downtime; repair, calibrate, and conduct preventive maintenance on a variety of electronic and pneumatic equipment. Modify equipment as needed to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.
  • Read work orders and specifications for machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed and maintain accurate spare part inventories to enable rapid problem resolution.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping, and the organization of work areas, equipment, and tools.


Preferred Experience:



  • Experience with pipe fitting, electrical wiring, general mechanics.
  • Experience knowledge with process control transmitters and safety switches; Air compressor system- including filters regulators, dryers, and lubricators.


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED preferred or successfully pass a pre-employment screening assessment. Working knowledge of mechanics. CMRT Certification or equivalent proven experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with SAP CMMS or equivalent CMMS programs.


  • Experience in pumps (diaphragm and centrifugal), gearboxes, belts, chains, hydraulics, couplings, motor-air systems, bearings, shafts, nuts, bolts, taps, and dies; electrical systems such as motor controls and low voltage.
  • Experience with air compressor systems, including filters, regulators, dryers, and lubricators.
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and equipment manuals. Strong aptitude in mathematics.
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to tasks.

Title:Maintenance Reliability Mechanic

Location:Maumee, OH

Shift:1st Shift 7am-3:30pm

The Maintenance Reliability Mechanic will function as a maintenance mechanic as well as oversee the effective execution of daily maintenance operations at the Maumee facility. This role focuses on planning and scheduling resources, including both company personnel and contractors, to ensure maintenance activities minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The Maintenance Reliability Mechanic is responsible for prioritizing tasks, creating detailed job plans, identifying necessary parts and materials, and managing costs to align with monthly budget requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Support company policies, goals, and objectives, representing the company in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Utilize SAP-PM to create work schedules, ensuring adequate resources for preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance activities; maintain all records in SAP-PM for plant equipment and maintenance work history, including planned and unplanned tasks.
  • Ensure proper filing and accessibility of documents related to equipment inspections, preventive maintenance activities, and essential records.
  • Collaborate with production to efficiently schedule preventive and planned maintenance.
  • Track costs and spending within the maintenance department; conduct routine spending analysis for reporting to the Production Manager.
  • Assist the Production Manager and Process Engineer with small capital project planning and coordination, including ordering parts and services, cost reporting, and appropriate cost allocation.
  • Monitor contractor metrics such as orientation, insurance requirements, and safety certifications.
  • Build and track inventories for critical spare parts based on minimum/maximum quantities; create Bills of Materials for associated assets.
  • Perform calibration, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of electronic instrumentation, including level and pressure transmitters.


Prioritize and complete high-importance daily work orders as needed




  • Execute routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance; inspect or test damaged parts and advise supervisors on necessary repairs; install, replace, or modify machine parts and attachments per production specifications.
  • Address equipment malfunctions urgently to minimize downtime; repair, calibrate, and maintain electronic and pneumatic equipment; implement modifications to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.


Preferred:



  • Experience with PLC software, pipe fitting, electrical wiring, general mechanics, and ladder logic operations for automated manufacturing processes.
  • Experience knowledge with process control transmitters and safety switches; Air compressor system- including filters regulators, dryers, and lubricators.


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED preferred or successfully pass a pre-employment screening assessment., Strong knowledge of mechanics. CMRT Certification or equivalent proven experience required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Maintenance/Maintenance scheduling role with emphasis given to individuals with strong batch processing knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of SAP-PM would be a major plus
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office suite of products.
  • Understand computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Excellent Oral and Written communications skills are required
  • Project Management/Leadership/ Creativity capabilities are required
  • This role requires a strong self-starter with a high degree of discipline for time management, allowing for goal achievement
