AI Engineer - US

For FTE, this role is fully onsite, working Monday - Friday from our MTV, CA, office.

For Intern, this role will work 28 hours per week (6 hours per day from Monday to Thursday, 5 hours on Friday) Fully Onsite from our MTV, CA, office.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Agent for hireEZ CRM: Design, experiment, and develop innovative solutions to enhance automation in recruiting industry
• Fine-tune and customize LLMs for hireEZ use cases.
• Extract insights from CRM data to improve AI-driven automation.
• Build APIs for integrating AI models into hireEZ's platform.
• Work with the product team to iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure robustness, reliability, and security in AI applications.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements.

Requirements

• Skills & knowledge:




• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Strong understanding of in-context learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and function calling.
• Very familiar with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong foundation in NLP, deep learning, and transformer models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Experience with at least one AI agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, Pydandic
• Familiarity with LLM integration and tools
• Understanding of Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) or fine-tuning LLMs.

Desired Experiences:

• AI-powered Chatbots or Agents: Built using OpenAI's API, or Agent Frameworks.
• Machine Learning Pipelines: Implementing and fine-tuning models using open datasets.
• Hackathons & Open-Source Contributions: Participation in AI/ML competitions or contributions to GitHub projects.
• Internship in top AI/Tech companies or startups
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering related fields

The base salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 plus year end bonus and equity for this position. Considering parity with current team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where a successful candidate's salary will fall within that range.
