This role is fully onsite, working Monday - Friday from our Irving, TX, office.

Whether you start as an Account Executive or a Sr. Account Executive depends on your experience and the impact you showcase throughout the hiring process. If you have 3+ years in SaaS, tech, consulting, or related fields and thrive in a high-energy sales environment, we want to see how you turn ambition into results.

Responsibilities:



  • Be responsible for new business bookings and rigorously manage a robust opportunity pipeline sufficient to support booking targets
  • Proactively generate interest and sales and diligently qualify and convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Meet and aim to exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic to execute value-selling while leveraging market, prospect, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate effectively and engage various partnerships/resources including Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Education, Account Managers, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements
  • Represent hireEZ to assigned accounts, and communicate the hireEZ value proposition clearly and accurately


Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS, technology, consulting, or relative services within the technology ecosystem
  • Experience in a high-activity sales environment with a consistent track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota
  • Excellent presentation skills, written communication, and phone skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required


Compensation: Total compensation is driven by the capabilities and impact you showcase throughout the interview process. We offer a wide compensation range to successful candidates who demonstrate expertise, knowledge and capabilities, and the ability to deliver results. Our total rewards package includes base salary, commission, equity, and an outstanding low-cost benefits package.
