*TEKsystems* is looking to hire several *Call Center **Representatives* to work for a client in the *New York, NY *area. This opporutntiy will take place *ON-SITE* for the duration of training then will move to *100% REMOTE*.
This is a great foot in the door opportunity that is quite easy to master once you get through training. *These openings will fill quickly and will start next week!* *Qualifications* * Associates or Bachelor's Degree *REQUIRED* * 1 year of call center experience preferred * 1+ year of customer service experience *Job Description* * Responsible for making outbound calls to shareholders using a shareholder call list * Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists * Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals voting options * Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates * Log information into Access Database * Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated * Fast paced call center environment where you are expected to make 20-25 calls/hr. * The app only uses our 800-toll free number to call, so their personal cell phone lines would never show up on caller ID *Training* The first week will be paid training on site. They will work directly with the manager and other reps to learn the system, understand how the calls work. People can start on the phones sooner depending on how quickly they pick things up. *Work Environment/ Hours* Fast paced call center, Hours would be Monday-Friday- 8-hour shift anywhere between 2pm-10pm Shifts will also include Saturday Overtime hours 12pm-4pm *Pay* 18/hr. *If interested, please apply with your most up to date resume and a recruiter will reach out you right away!* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
